The first Mondrian hotel in France, the Mondrian Cannes, will debut in March 2023. The hotel will launch on the grounds of the former Grand Hotel Cannes, the town’s first luxury establishment. The newly renovated premium lifestyle hotel will have 75 guest rooms, including three suites, cutting-edge meeting and event spaces, Hyde Beach Cannes, and a brand-new, cutting-edge cuisine concept that has not yet been revealed. The Mondrian Cannes is the only hotel on the historic boulevard de La Croisette with its own gardens and direct access to the rue d’Antibes shopping district. It also boasts a highly desired, prime oceanfront location with a private beach.

In the centre of the most exciting cultural scenes in the world, Mondrian hotels are sought-after lifestyle destinations known for their innovative design and progressive programming. Ennismore, the fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality company with a global collective of founder-built brands with purpose at their core, includes Mondrian as a part of its portfolio.

The Mondrian brand is deeply steeped in art, design, and culture, and the spacious interiors of the Mondrian Cannes, which welcome an enormous quantity of natural light, reflect this in every room. With 150 seats on its terrace and more than 50,000 square feet of grounds, the oceanfront hotel offers visitors a special opportunity to overlook the Croisette. Three suites, 75 guest rooms with a minimum of 380 square feet each, prized conference and event spaces, and a fitness facility are all features of the Mondrian Cannes.
